Ora Lightning Cat concept outlines GWM's performance aspirations in Shanghai

The 2021 Shanghai motor show offered its fair share of oddities, and certainly the names of debut models kept Western audiences asking what was in the water at Shanghai. In this instance GWM’s dedicated EV brand, Ora rolled out the Lightning Cat – only to have most of its attention hogged by the endearingly Beetle-like Punk Cat.
