2016 Renault Megane, Clio and Fluence recalled for faulty suspension fastening

Renault Australia has issued a recall of 255 of its model-year 2016 Clio (pictured above), Megane and Fluence cars due to faulty suspension fastening. Affected vehicles were sold between 1 April 2016 and 31 January 2017. Lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the defect relates to bolts used to fasten the rear axles which may not be tightened to the required specification.
