2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class cars recalled due to reduced headlight function

Mercedes-Benz Australia has issued a safety recall for just three examples of its model-year 2016 C-Class vehicles affected by faulty headlight range function software. Affected vehicles were sold between 14 March 2016 and 31 May 2016. Lodged with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the defect relates to a potential malfunction in the vehicle's adaptive damper control unit that controls a headlight self-levelling function.
