2020 Chevrolet Corvette: Steering wheel unveiled ahead of Friday's full reveal

Alex Misoyannis • Chevrolet has unveiled the 2020 C8 Corvette’s steering wheel, ahead of the car’s full debut on Friday. Only a single image was released by the American carmaker, but there are a number of details that can be gleaned. The wheel is a two-spoke unit – a rare sight among cars today – with a squared-off design Chevrolet claims “enhances visibility and comfort”.

A US high school teacher is facing legal action – and $US4000 ($AU6000) in costs – after being accused of renting a turbocharged Toyota Supra performance coupe from a car-sharing service and used the vehicle in a racing competition without the owner’s knowledge. A major update for the world’s best-selling new car is around the corner, with “more obvious” exterior and interior upgrades. What the updated Model Y could look like, illustrated by Theottle. A facelift for the 2024 Tesla Model Y electric SUV may be less than nine months away – after a similar update to the related Model 3 sedan earlier this year – according to a new report. News agency Bloomberg reports Tesla has begun “preparation work” to ready its Shanghai, China factory for a “more obvious” exterior and interior update to the Model Y . Thai media outlets including Headlight Magazine report Mitsubishi has sent invites to local media for the new Triton’s unveiling in Bangkok on 26 July 2023. Drive has previously reported on a global unveiling around the middle of this year, ahead of showroom arrivals due late this year or early next year.
