Ginetta supercar revealed

Ginetta has unveiled its new, as-yet unnamed, supercar ahead of its public debut at the 2019 Geneva motor show. The Leeds-based firm has confirmed to Autocar the vehicle will be powered by dry-sump 6.0-litre V8, which was developed in-house and is milled from a single block of aluminium. Making around 450kW (600hp) of power and 705Nm of torque, the V8 is pushed to the back of the engine bay and drives the rear wheels through a Ginetta-designed six-speed sequential transmission.

A major update for the world’s best-selling new car is around the corner, with “more obvious” exterior and interior upgrades. What the updated Model Y could look like, illustrated by Theottle. A facelift for the 2024 Tesla Model Y electric SUV may be less than nine months away – after a similar update to the related Model 3 sedan earlier this year – according to a new report. News agency Bloomberg reports Tesla has begun “preparation work” to ready its Shanghai, China factory for a “more obvious” exterior and interior update to the Model Y . Thai media outlets including Headlight Magazine report Mitsubishi has sent invites to local media for the new Triton’s unveiling in Bangkok on 26 July 2023. Drive has previously reported on a global unveiling around the middle of this year, ahead of showroom arrivals due late this year or early next year.
