2016 BMW M3, M4, M4 Convertible recalled

BMW has recalled a handful of 2016 M3 and M4 models, over concerns about a three-hole flange within the car's driveshaft. According to the company, the car's carbon-fibre driveshaft contains a three-hole flange and a pushing piece which isn't produced with 'sufficient long-term durability'. That means the 'pushing piece' could be pulled out of the driveshaft. If that happens, torque mightn't be transmitted to the rear wheels, putting drivers at risk of accident.
