Volkswagen Australia has provided initial specification information for its new entry-level Amarok V6 – the TDI550 Core, The new variant shares its 165kW/550Nm 3.0-litre turbo diesel V6 with Sportline and Highline models, but pares back equipment for a more attractive starting price.

News agency Bloomberg reports Tesla has begun “preparation work” to ready its Shanghai, China factory for a “more obvious” exterior and interior update to the Model Y . Thai media outlets including Headlight Magazine report Mitsubishi has sent invites to local media for the new Triton’s unveiling in Bangkok on 26 July 2023. Drive has previously reported on a global unveiling around the middle of this year, ahead of showroom arrivals due late this year or early next year.
